The objective of this project was to explore the design principles of book design, focusing on the history and classification of typefaces.
I applied advanced typography skills, selecting and pairing typefaces to enhance readability and reinforce the historical context. Throughout the process, I used grid systems, visual hierarchy, and alignment to create a structured, cohesive layout that supports the flow of complex information. I integrated relevant imagery to complement the typographic content, ensuring that visuals and text worked harmoniously. A key challenge was developing a typographic system that could handle large volumes of diverse content while remaining readable and accessible.
The final design reflects a well-researched, innovative approach, blending information design with a creative problem-solving mindset to deliver an engaging and informative experience for readers.
